How It Works
Site survey and design
A measured survey and team-led design review, including structural checks and a clear programme, so scope and any planning requirements are identified before work starts.
Structural carpentry and build
We install structural timber, roof ties or dormers, and form the opening for the stair. Work is staged to align with structural engineer reports and building control inspections.
Joinery, finish and handover
Bespoke stairs, fitted storage, skirting and trim are installed, finishes signed off and paperwork supplied for building control. Sites are left clean and ready to use.

We carry out an initial review during the site survey and advise whether a planning application is likely. If you need plans we can work with planning agents and structural engineers to prepare the necessary information.
