How It Works
Site visit and measure
Karl or Matt visit your property to survey structure, headroom and access, then record accurate measurements and take photos for the workshop.
Design and sign-off
We produce detailed drawings and a 3D visual, select timbers and finishes with you, then agree the build specification and installation plan.
Manufacture and fit
Joinery crafted in our workshop, followed by on-site installation, finishing and a final snag check to ensure a precise, safe outcome.
Frequently Asked Questions
Typical lead time depends on complexity and finish: simple straight flights take less time than bespoke helical or open-riser builds with glass balustrades. Once drawings are approved we give a realistic programme, including workshop production and on-site fitting.
